Howdy, Westcreek Trail Rides is now accepting vendor applications for our 6th Annual Pumpkin Patch. This well-attended event, held over seven weekends from September 19-November 2, is a family-friendly attraction held at our sister location, Owl Creek Farms, 12355 Military Drive West, 78253. With photo opportunities, a petting zoo, potato launcher, pony rides, and more, there is plenty to do on site. Click on the QR code below for more information and to fill out an application.

Parents, get your wrangler signed and saddled up with us for our Back to School Rodeo! Ages 5-17
Muttin’ Busting, Barrel Races, Pole Bending, Obstacle Course, Trail Riding, and more. We will be providing horses and tack.
 

Cost :

$125 for returning Camper.
$150 for Non-Camper.
 

Each registered Contestant will receive a Westcreek Trail Rides draw string backpack.

Horseback riding is more than just a fun outdoor activity—it’s a rewarding experience for the body, mind, and soul. Riding through nature on horseback allows you to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly take in the beauty of the outdoors. It’s also a unique chance to build a meaningful connection with one of nature’s most majestic animals. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, there’s nothing quite like the view from the saddle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Trail rides generally cost $40–$50 per person for a one-hour guided ride. Group rates and military discounts are available, with group rides (6+ people) starting around $30–$40 per person.

No prior experience is needed. Westcreek Trail Rides specializes in beginner-friendly rides. The horses are calm, and the staff offers clear instructions on how to ride safely and comfortably.

Wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and sun protection (like hats or sunscreen). It’s also a good idea to bring water, especially in summer. Helmets are provided if needed.

Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends or during busy seasons. Walk-ins are sometimes accepted, but calling ahead ensures you have a spot.
